Welcome to FEED (Food, Equity, Entrepreneurship, & Development) at Berkeley! We are a food consulting group that works with clients who are transforming the food system.
FEED co-hosted the “Holistic Wellness Panel” event in conjunction with Basic Needs Security, Blum Center at Berkeley, Blum Center at Merced, and the Net Impact Fellowship on 3/14 for Poverty Action Day! Thank you to all expert speakers and attendees for a great event.
In November 2018, FEED hosted the second-ever FEEDxBNS Chopped Cook-Off with four teams of students from various campus groups! Chefs were challenged to make tasty, healthy dishes using limited, fresh ingredients. Congratulations to all teams for their creativity, and a special shout-out to the winners, Epsilon Eta!
FEED won “Outstanding Community Partner” at the End-of-year celebration for UC Berkeley’s Basic Needs Security Committee this past May 2018.
FEED partnered with Basic Needs Security to help fundraise money for hungry and homeless college students during Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. Thank you Sara Tsai, Stella Zhu, and Rachel Bosnyak (pictured below) for all your hard work in planning the week’s workshops and case competition!
FEED is proud to have sponsored The Impossible Burger Tour at UC Berkeley on November 28, 2017. FEED made it possible for Impossible Foods to hand out 1,000 free meat-less burger samples to students!
